Things are starting to look up now. With millions in the country receiving their first dose of the vaccine, infection rates dropping, and the number of deaths dropping, the UK government has set out its roadmap to get out of lockdown. This roadmap means that we can start to welcome our guests back to the Tea Rooms! From 15th April 2021, we will now be open to a limited dine-in service. Service will be limited to outdoor seating only, and with a maximum group of six people. You can book a table online by visiting our booking page. Takeaways and collection service are also in operation.
The NHS Track and Trace programme now requires each individual guest to be registered, not one representative for the whole group as before. In order to make it easier for you, we have included the option for you to provide us with this information at the booking stage. You do not have to tell us this information when you book, but please be aware that if you do not, then you will need to scan the code at the Tea Rooms. This is to help make sure that we can control transmission of the virus and make sure those who have potentially come into contact with someone with the virus can be informed.
Our opening times have changed as well. We are now open from 11am to 6pm, Thursday to Sunday. You can visit the Tea Rooms and enjoy our outdoor seating, or you can still order for collection and takeaway. Call us on 01706 350 459 to make a booking, or to place an order. Our takeaway and dine-in menus are available online.
We can’t wait to see you back at the Tea Rooms, and (government plans permitting) opening our doors even more as we continue to fight this virus.
